Erica founded NEST Harm Reduction & Consulting in early 2020 to provide compassionate, trauma-informed care, professional training and on-site services to events, communities and professionals in the field.
She combines a decade of direct services work with a B.A in Hospitality Administration from Cornell University and a Master in Social Work from The University of Southern California, to create a unique, consumer-focused, multi-system care model that brings compassion and sustainability back into our communities, both large and small.
Join us for a unique opportunity to learn about NEST’s compassionate care model and take a deep dive into working with altered states and psychedelic crisis. We will cover harm reduction principles, how to hold empathetic space during crisis and ethical considerations when working with psychedelics. This unique and engaging workshop includes engaging interactive activities, explorations of archetypes commonly seen in psychedelic spaces and provides ample time for integration and Q&A.
